Ingredients
150g marshmallows
50g butter
250g chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
60ml hot water
284ml double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a saucepan.
2. Put the saucepan on low heat and melt contents stirring occasionally. Remove from heat once melted.
3. Meanwhile, whip the cream with vanilla extract until thick and then fold into the chocolate mixture until combined fully.
4. Pour into 4 teacups and chill until ready to eat.

ReplyDeleteOooh I have been thinking about making this recipe for some time. (I never get around to cooking any Nigella recipes.) Is there a reason you used regular hot water instead of hot tonic water?
